Yoga Fundamentals Courses

Yoga Fundamentals are eight week courses – we teach many of the movement principles we have learnt on advanced teacher trainings with renown teachers Donna Farhi and Marcia Monroe.

We explore yoga, making movement enquiries to find a balance between fluidity and clear alignment through our body, so that we may move with more ease, comfort and integrity in our yoga and in our life.

The course is suitable for yoga beginners and experienced practitioners.

We are teaching Yoga Fundamental Courses throughout 2010. You can either sign up for the whole 8 weeks for only $90, or drop in to classes at the $15 casual rate.

On the course we explore:

  • How our breath moves us
  • Become more aware of our spine and of a mobile, breathing and strong centre
  • How energy flows through our body
  • How we can extend into backbends safely
  • Moving with awareness from the inside out
  • How yoga may serve you in your every day life
  • and much more…
