Yoga Fundamentals Course
The next Yoga Fundamentals Course started on 31 August. You may either sign up for the whole 8 weeks for only $90, or drop in to classes at the $15 casual rate.
We are very excited to be offering 8 week courses on Yoga Fundamentals – we will be teaching many of the movement principles we learnt on our advanced teacher training with reknown teachers Donna Farhi and Marcia Monroe.
We will explore yoga, making movement enquiries to find a balance between fluidity and clear alignment through our body, so that we may move with more ease, comfort and integrity in our yoga and in our life.
The course is suitable for yoga beginners and experienced practitioners and we will be teaching Yoga Fundamental Courses throughout 2010.
On the course we explore:
- How our breath moves us
- Become more aware of our spine and of a mobile, breathing and strong centre
- How energy flows through our body
- How we can extend into backbends safely
- Moving with awareness from the inside out
- How yoga may serve you in your every day life
