The Art Of The Sun Salutation

In this workshop we explore the ins and outs of the Sun Salutation practice. Our goal is to find the support of our breath and to integrate our fluid organic body with how we move. It will be of interest to anyone who wishes to practice yoga with grace and mindfulness.

The last part of this workshop will focus on being playful with the sun salutation form, adding postures and letting our creativity blossom forth.
